Compliance Hotline — Speak up. We listen.
For companies and employees, it is a shared responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. A strong compliance culture ensures that potential compliance violations or
unethical behavior can be reported confidentially, safely, and without fear of retaliation. To uphold this commitment, Choksi Heraeus Private Limited provides a dedicated Compliance Hotline for all internal and external stakeholders
The Compliance Hotline enables employees, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to report potential compliance violations confidentially and responsibly.
Choksi Heraeus encourages employees to first discuss compliance-related concerns with their supervisors or the local Compliance Officer. However, if such a discussion does not seem appropriate, feasible, or effective, the concern may be reported directly through the Compliance Hotline.
What types of potential compliance violations can be reported?
- Violations of laws or regulations
- Corruption, bribery, fraud or financial misconduct like Money Laundering
- Human rights violations or environmental misconduct
- Antitrust or competition law violations
- Data protection or information security breaches
- Violation of RHPL Supply chain Due diligence Policy/Supply chain policy
- Unethical business practices
What the hotline is not for:
- Inquiries with regard to the precious metals business, in particular inquiries with regard to the sale/purchase of material.
- Employment law conflicts
- Misconduct by colleagues or supervisors not directly related to CHPLs’ business activities
- Minor violations of internal guidelines, e.g., one-time violation of documentation requirements
- Routine HR queries, personal disputes or minor administrative issues should be raised through normal line‑management or HR channels, unless they involve serious legal or policy violations
What happens after you report
- Receipt and initial assessment by the Compliance Officer (or designated authority).
- Investigation where appropriate — conducted impartially and promptly.
- Corrective actions and remedial measures where required.
- Protection of reporters: no retaliation tolerated for good‑faith reports.
Confidentiality: Reports will be handled with strict confidentiality. You may report anonymously where permitted by law and internal policy, but providing contact details helps the investigator request clarifications and provide feedback.
Quick Report
Use this form to submit your concern to the Choksi Heraeus Compliance Team.
This is the first level of reporting for any suspected compliance violation or unethical behavior.
If you feel your report has not been addressed, or if you are not comfortable raising the matter further within the organization, you may escalate the issue by contacting the external Ombudsman.
Reporting Languages
Reports may be submitted in English or other local languages, where feasible.
Whistleblower Protection
We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith. Retaliation complaints themselves will be investigated and may result in disciplinary action.
